Agenda. Building fugitive [digital] infrastructure in hostile environments
A presentation of some concepts that could be useful when building [digital] infrastructures in hostile environments (state, police, fascists, cis-men, TERFs, SWERFs, etc.) where it can be difficult to build trust remotely, asking ourselves how can we bridge the gap between documentation and configuration, bridge the gap between “users” and “admins” ?
Current digital infrastructures are usually managed by a series of mysterious incantations made by cis-menpersons with full-privileges. Can we depart from that and find a way to build them collectively, and make them transparent, reproducible, autonomous?

Esta será una sesión facilitada para reflexionar juntes sobre la violencia sexual en línea, encontrar las vulnerabilidades que tienen las aps, los dispositivos, las conversaciones que construyen la confianza en nuestras relaciones y así diseñar estrategias y herramientas para hacer sexting con más seguridad.
Pensaremos cuáles son nuestras necesidades y condiciones para poder hacer sexting más seguro y trataremos de ponerlo en práctica.
Trabajaremos analizando casos hipotéticos como, por ejemplo, el acceso o robo de imágenes privadas, la difusión de material íntimo sin consentimiento, el envío de fotopollas, el acceso a info de la vida privada o el robo del teléfono.
Cotillearemos diferentes apps para buscar vulnerabilidades y posibilidades y seguiremos buscando estrategias de autocuidado y autodefensa digital.
Pondremos en común conocimientos sobre: Básicos de seguridad de dispositivos, Navegación segura, Comunicaciones seguras, Almacenmaiento seguro, Mensajería instantánea, Tomar registros o Aplicaciones de emergencia.
Utilizaremos el cuerpo, las emociones, la cabeza y diferentes dispositivos para poner en común los saberes y experiencias de todas las personas que participan, con metodologías vivenciales, de facilitación de grupos, lúdicas y creativas.

Agenda: Capitalist Sorcery, Technology and Recipes of Cyber Resistance: A Transfeminist Perspective
The proposed essay consists of an enterprise that seeks to bring into dialogue, from a transfeminist perspective, cyborgs, estrogen, hack and sorcery. Inspired by Donna Haraway, it aims to create a political myth capable of displacing the images of technological making and creating space for possibilities of resistance. Through the notion of Pharmakon, term borrowed from the Greeks by the philosopher of sciences, Isabelle Stengers invites us to reactivate the sorcery that have been extirpated from the sciences as a measure for its establishment as hegemonic truth.
By taking the body as a techno-living system, in line with Haraway, I seek to reflect on the construction of possible paths for a hacker transfeminism that, in face of the notion of transcendent witchcraft of capitalism, proposed by Pignarre and Stengers, could produce, through a multiplication of immanent and minority sorcerers, counter-witchcrafts, recipes for technological disenchantment that could undermine, at least in part, the production of impotence typical of capitalist sorcery.

Agenda: Sobre la construcción de infraestructuras de afecto
La intención en esta actividad es crear un espacio de conversación, intercambio y registro sobre procesos de aprendizaje remoto/online en seguridad de la información, para mujeres y personas trans, defensoras de los derechos humanos, con pocos recursos tecnológicos, baja conectividad a internet, baja alfabetización digital y en una perspectiva feminista. Como punto de partida presentaré la experiencia de la Red Transfeminista de Cuidados Digitales en la realización de la Gincana Monstra y la construcción de lo que estamos denominando de Infraestructuras de Afecto. La Red Transfeminista es un colectivo brasileño que trabaja con la seguridad de las defensoras de los derechos de las mujeres. Durante la pandemia nos vimos obligados a adaptar nuestras actividades al fomato en línea, junto con numerosos retos no sólo en términos de aprendizaje, sino al enfrentarnos a un contexto de miedo, pérdida y crisis económica. ¿Cómo garantizar que las formaciones puedan responder a los diferentes perfiles de edad, familiaridad con la tecnología y afrontamiento del covid-19? Cómo acoger las ansiedades y hacer que el aprendizaje sea ligero, alegre, interesante y útil.

Agenda: Feminist ninja: upgrading intersectional feminism with the hacker class
Donna Haraway wrote “I would rather be a cyborg than a goddess”; we ask, why not both? Feminist ninja is a myth that combines many myths: witch, whore, dyke, trans, indigenous, migrant… Cyborg is our species and hacker is our class. Informed by an anarcha feminist reading of McKenzie Wark’s class analysis, we want to raise hacker class consciousness as a part of differential consciousness – and hacker class struggle as a part of intersectional feminism.
Before the talk we will project a video essay called “upgrading intersectional feminism with the hacker class”. It starts with a short history of cyberfeminism, introduces the political economy of the hack as a part of an intersectional feminist criticism of the hacker subculture, and ends with a call for feminists to take over the vectors of information as infrastructures where power resides. This video was made as an introduction to a series of feminist hacker workshops in 2021 at Ca La Dona, a feminist space in Barcelona. In 2022, Ca La Dona assembly agreed to form a feminist hacker collective and install its own servers; we will share the details of this process and ask for your help to progress.
Ultimately we want to talk about how to create a feminist internet through multiple levels of infrastructure and superstructures. What are the practical implications of including hacker class struggle in intersectional feminism? How to converge hacker class consciousness with differential consciousness? What can we do to make it popular and easy for feminists to learn critical skills like system administration? Can we construct a feminist fediverse of home and community servers? Can we have an internet without cis men? We hope this talk will be an inspiration for future collaborations.

Agenda: Cómo mejorar una red wifi comunitaria / How to improve a community wifi network
Presentaremos la red wifi de Calafou como ejemplo, sus pros y sus contras. Cualquier participante puede compartir sus experiencias con redes comunitarias, el diseño, el hardware, la monitorización, etc. y encontrar juntos cómo tener redes que requieran menos mantenimiento, escalar a eventos como este, etc. Si hay energía y hardware, podemos crear un grupo para planear y/o mejorar la red de Calafou durante el evento. Si tienes acceso a hardware relativamente moderno que se pueda donar a Calafou, seria genial si lo pudieras traer. No dudes en ponerte en contacto (comunicacio arroba calafou punto org) También sería genial crear un canal de comunicación para crear una red de redes comunitarias (feministas).
We’ll present the Calafou wifi network as an example, its pros and cons. Any participant can share their experiences with community networks, design, hardware, monitoring, etc. and find together how to have networks that require less maintenance, scale to events like this, etc. If there’s energy and hardware, we can create a group to improve the Calafou network during the event. Proyecto Una es una colectividad que explora la creación de comunidades en la red. Por un lado, su relación con el auge del fascismo en la última dećada, vinculado a la reacción antifeminista. Por el otro, el potencial revolucionario que existe en la capacidad de albergar nuevos mundos que tiene internet.
En nuestro libro “Leia, Rihanna & Trump, de como el feminismo ha conquistado la cultura pop, y de como el machismo reacciona con terror” reflexionamos sobre la relación entre la popularización del feminismo y la reivindicación sin complejos de una masculinidad violenta, tóxica y conservadora.

Metodología del taller:
Normalmente lo que hacemos es proponer a las participantes hacer memes en grupo (formato analogico y de Telegram) y pasado cierto tiempo estos memes se pasan al siguiente grupo, que puede elegir incorporar-los en su memetica o pueden seguir a su bola. Hacemos esto varias veces hasta que los primeros memes llegan a su grupo original. Es chulo porque porque a veces algunos memes evolucionan y dan la vuelta entera.

Agenda: Digital self-defense for sex workers
During the first part of this activity I will present the 2 guides on digital security for sex workers I have created for U.S.-based pro dommes and for German sex workers.
Following this presentation we can have a group discussion on how to create similar guides for other legal systems and in other languages, and also include a Q&A on digital security for sex workers who want to secure their online work presence.
We could also organize a separate workshop only for sex workers, if there’s a request for it.
